of conductive features within FIBC type fabrics can be measured,

"ANALYSIS OF LONG CORONA CHARGE DECAY TIMES"Experience has
shown that with long charge decay time materials the local charge
decay time constant comes to increase linearly with time during the
progress of charge decay. This is an empirical result. This linear
increase provides the basis for calculating the time to 1/e and/or
to 10% from much shorter periods of observation. This approach is
useful for assessing and comparing materials that have decay times

the approach of "stutter timing" that has been developed to improve
the accuracy of measuring charge decay times in the presence of
noise in compact and portable charge decay test instrumentation.
